Responsibilities
The 8fig Marketing department is looking for a people-loving, expert communicator to join our team to take our partnership program to next level. The ideal candidate will use their expert networking skills and marketing knowledge to build exciting opportunities for 8fig referral and content partners. They are expert at driving leads through a meaningful education funnel and finding ways to bring mutual value to every relationship. This team member will report directly to the Head of Brand & Community.
Core responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end partner marketing programs not limited to owning PartnerStack & Hubspot tracking and attribution system
- Follow up with partner leads and approve partnership applications
- Create an excellent education track for new partners to effectively understand and communicate the 8fig value proposition
- Build briefs and develop collateral, presentations, and press materials as well as other partner enablement assets to market with and to partners
- Strategize with the event and community manager to create compelling events and engagement opportunities
- Drive campaign execution for strategic and acquisition-focused partnerships
- Build relationships with key partners
- Cross-collaborate with content, social, email, and other internal teams to build win-win situations and provide timely resources for the partner community
- Partner with content marketing to transfer key opportunities to grow our marketing funnel and drive value-adding content into market
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to leverage insights and learnings for developing plans to increase affiliate channel engagement and growth
- Develop a strategy for implementing and tracking campaigns and outcomes for all partner marketing activities
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of experience managing partner programs or running marketing campaigns that involve partners
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- Experience developing, managing, and growing social media accounts and/or websites/email CRM
- Expertise in planning integrated marketing campaigns with KPIs
- Strong analytical skills matched with brand and relationship building experience
- Bonus: Experience working in the eCommerce industry and PartnerStack
- Based in Austin, TX.
