8fig Funding Offer – Everything You Need To Know

Welcome! Congratulations on receiving an offer! You’re one step closer to the funding and tools you need to scale your business and become an 8-figure seller!

Here’s a simple guide that will help you better understand your funding offer.

Please note that this offer is based on your funding requests in the lines you created. If you need to make updates, please decline the current offer, make the updates to the amounts, and resubmit the plan for evaluation.

Your offer consists of five parts and a Remittance Schedule. You can find it in the “Plans” tab in your 8fig dashboard and the “Notifications” tab.

You’ll also get an email update from us when your offer is ready.

When you receive an offer, it will look like this:

Note: The words offer, Plan, and Growth Plan are used here interchangeably.

Legend:

Part 1: Bottom Line

Part 2: Revenue

Part 3: Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Part 4: Growth Capital

Part 5: Cost of Capital

Part 1: Bottom Line

The Bottom Line shows the total net we expect you to generate moving forward with this offer (Plan).

Part 2: Revenue

Revenue shows the overall balance we project you will generate before taking into account any repayments.

Part 3: The Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

The Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is the total balance needed to fund your future inventory, including funding from 8fig and your participation.

Part 4: Growth Capital

Growth Capital is the percentage 8fig is offering to cover for your future inventory and total COGS. The difference is your responsibility as the seller and your investment in this partnership.

Part 5: Cost of Capital

8fig does not charge interest but instead Cost of Capital. This flat fee is for the entire Growth Plan shown in this offer. You can submit change requests to make adjustments to your Plan moving forward.

Remittance Schedule

Note: One of the biggest advantages here at 8fig is the flexibility we provide. If you need to update the funds requested, the dates in your Lines, or request adjustments to your upcoming remits, you can do so once your Plan is activated with a simple change request.

This is your full remittance schedule for your submitted Growth Plan, showing when all requested funds will be deposited and when remits will be debited once they begin.

The Participation column is the portion you agree to cover. This is the percentage 8fig is not offering to cover and will be deducted from the total Receive balance.

A good rule of thumb is if there are any balances to the right of your Receive column, for example, in the Participation or Remit columns, the difference in sum is the amount you will receive from 8fig. This is to avoid multiple back-and-forth transactions. Keep in mind that this Remittance Schedule is subject to change with any future change requests that you may make.
