How to Connect your Shopify store to 8fig.

Instructions:

1. Log in to your Shopify account.
2. Hover your mouse over Settings located on the bottom left, and select Users and Permissions.

3. Click on Add Staff

4. Type 8fig API in the name field and shopify@8fig.co in the email field. Then, click Send Invite. We will accept this invitation within 24 hours.By default, staff members added to your store will have full permissions. That can be changed by unchecking the checkbox “staff has full permissions”.

Please ensure the following permissions are checked: Home, Orders, Products, Customers, Dashboards and Marketing.

5. Once you’re done selecting the permissions, click Save to apply the changes.

What else do I need in order to get a custom Growth Plan for my Shopify store?
To get an 8fig Growth Plan, you’ll also need to verify your business bank account. This is done directly through your 8fig account > My Account > Bank Accounts; and follow the prompts to connect.

Once your account is verified (store + bank account), it should take our team up to 48 hours to review your Lines and create your custom Growth Plan.
