WooCommerce store connection guide — add new user

Follow these simple instructions to securely connect your WooCommerce store to the 8fig platform. We recommend doing this from a computer.

Important: Why do you need to grant us permissions?
In order for our team to validate your Growth Plan and send you an offer, we need to review your selling history and revenue data.
Don’t worry, you can easily edit or remove access at any time.

1) Log into your WooCommerce.com account on WordPress.
2) Click on “New”-> “User”

3) Then insert the following information:

Username (required): 8fig team
Email (required): woocommerce@8fig.co
First name: 8fig team
Last name: 8fig team
Role: Administrator

*The administrator role will allow us to see your store’s analytics, determine eligibility, and build the best funding offer for you.

4) Make sure the “Send the new user an email about their account” has a check mark next to it:
