We’re thrilled to announce that we have been selected as one of Built In’s Best Places to Work in Austin in 2023! This award is a huge honor for our fellow 8figgies and our community, and we are very excited to be recognized on this prestigious list.

The Best Places to Work awards include businesses of all sizes, from small startups to established corporations. Winners are chosen using an algorithm that analyzes information about compensation and benefits as well as additional criteria including diversity and inclusion, cultural programs, remote and flexible working opportunities, and more.

Built In is a widely recognized global platform for technology professionals. Their list of best places to work is released annually, providing a great resource for the tech community.

We already know 8fig is a great place to work. Together, we work hard to provide small eCommerce businesses with the technological solutions and funding they need to succeed and grow in the highly competitive space. Through our efforts, we are democratizing eCommerce one seller at a time, making it possible for small to medium businesses to succeed.

In addition to being enthusiastic about what we do, we love how we do it. We are experts at teamwork, collaborating in order to put everyone’s talents to their best use. We come from all different backgrounds and walks of life, and enjoy learning about each other and growing together. As a team, we are able to do much more than we can do individually.

Whether we’re working together in the office or living it up at company events, we know how to stay silly and fun, from Halloween costume contests to karaoke nights. Our office environment is one of productivity, professionalism, compassion, and good communication. We welcome every new employee with open arms, and we enjoy coming to work each day.

We Achieved a Lot in 2022

2022 was a big year for 8fig. Our Austin office grew from nine employees in January 2022 to 27 employees in 2023, a notable increase. We were also humbled to be recognized as one of Accel’s Top 100 Fintech Companies. Our team met eCommerce entrepreneurs and experts in the field at a number of conferences including Amazon Accelerate in New York and the Sell and Scale Summit in Las Vegas. We grew our list of partners, hosted fascinating webinars and events, and helped numerous clients grow their businesses.

8fig also launched a number of exciting features in 2022. Our new mobile app makes running an eCommerce business and managing your cash flow easier than ever while on the go. In addition, we launched a comprehensive Sales Analytics Dashboard and an invaluable Marketing Dashboard to help sellers track their data and keep up with the latest trends.

Looking Ahead to 2023

We are immensely proud of all we accomplished in 2022, but we’re not finished yet! 8fig has big plans for the year ahead, and we can’t wait to see them come to fruition. We’re hard at work on several brand new features that are sure to provide even more value to our customers, and our team continues to grow.
